Simple Prices

  1. Residential Window Cleaning

    • Exterior window cleaning = $10 per window ($150 minimum)

    • Inside/out = $15 per window

    • Window tracks = $5 per window track

    • Note: some window types such as French panes or storm windows may cost more than our standard pricing above. All cleanings include frame, glass, and regular sized window screens. Larger window screens will cost more.

2. Commercial Window Cleaning

  • Exterior window cleaning = $2 per pane ($20 minimum) for bi-weekly

  • Inside/out = $5 per pane for bi-weekly

  • Note: Taller than 12’ is quoted in person, and extra-large panes may cost more.

3. The “Simple Plan”

  • Quarterly exterior window cleanings

  • Free window track cleaning (annually)

  • Free interior window cleaning (annually)

  • All for the simple price of “exterior window cleaning”

Cleaning disclosure:

- The term “window” is defined as two panes of standard glass including the frame around it.

  • Non-standard windows like storm windows or French panes may have an upcharge depending on the situation

  • We aren’t liable for old scratches, blown window seals, and lots of other window issues that go beyond cleaning

  • A standard window cleaning won’t remove hard water, tape, glue, paint, and other things that go beyond natural build up

  • We stand behind our work with a 14-day rain guarantee, and our goal is to make sure you’re happy with the end results.

  • Payment is due the day of the cleaning, and there is a $50 late fee after 14 days

  • If you cancel last minute (48 hours or less) then you’ll be charged a $50 cancelation fee. Please notify us more than two days ahead of time to avoid this.

Frequency recommendation:

Ideally you should have your windows cleaned every 3-6 months depending on your location, trees, landscaping, and whether you have kids/pets inside etc… We offer discounts for being on a quarterly or bi-annual plan.

Any home bigger than 2,800 sq ft will be quoted in person. Just email us at info@simplywc.com and we’ll set up an estimate for you.

Add on Services

We have a couple of add on services we can quote in person to add on. Our regular window cleaning includes the following:

  • Frames

  • Glass

  • Regular size window screens

  1. Gutter Cleaning: This add on service starts at $150 and goes up based on lots of factors such as height, roof slope, and how clogged up they are

  2. Window track cleaning: This add on service also depends on a few factors, and starts around $80

We don’t list these as options to book yourself because the price varies and can be quoted in person when we arrive to clean the windows.
